Clinical Decision Support You Can Trust
Designed to assist, not replace, dental professionals with AI-augmented analysis and documentation.
Overview
Yalha.ai is our clinician-first application designed to assist, not replace, dental professionals. It augments routine and complex cases by analyzing radiographs and intraoral photos, structuring findings, and helping you document clinical reasoning. The goal is simple: faster clarity, stronger medico-legal traceability, and better communication with patients and payers.
What Yalha.ai does today
AI-assisted detection on images
Supports identification of common dental findings across X-rays and photos to highlight areas for closer inspection.
Structured clinical reports
Turns observations into consistent, legible documents that are easy to share with patients or attach to practice software.
Clinico-legal support
Emphasizes documentation quality and explicitly requires a professional's clinical validation before saving or sharing any report.
Second-opinion workflow
Organize inputs (images, notes, plans) and produce a standardized summary for peer review.
Interoperability by country: We acknowledge coding and compliance differences (e.g., FR/US/UAE frameworks); Yalha is engineered for progressive adaptation.
How it fits your daily workflow
Yalha sits beside your existing imaging and practice tools. Upload images (or connect from your PACS/archiver), review AI-assisted highlights, confirm or correct findings, then publish a report with your conclusions. Nothing is final until you validate it. That safeguard is deliberate: our job is to support your judgment, not override it.
Medico-legal perspective
Dentistry is ultimately a clinical act and a legal responsibility. Yalha builds an auditable trail: what was seen, what was considered, and what the clinician decided. Each report includes the validation step and a disclaimer that a licensed professional confirmed content prior to saving or sharing. This helps align with insurer reviews, second opinions, or future audits.
Patient communication
Patients understand visuals. With Yalha, you can show annotated snapshots and a concise summary that avoids jargon. Better understanding increases acceptance of preventive care and treatment plans, and reduces misunderstandings later.
Security & privacy
- We host in the EU on Google Cloud, encrypt data in transit and at rest
- Respect patient and clinic ownership of images
- Radiographs and photos remain legal evidence; Yalha does not delete them without your action
- Access controls, logging, and separation of environments are standard
Where we are now
Yalha is live in active beta with pilot users (numbers are not public). The product is stable for routine usage and keeps improving through clinician feedback. We are prioritizing reliability, documentation quality, and smooth integrations over flashy, unstable features.
Roadmap
- Country-specific coding exports and letters (phased)
- Deeper integration with practice software (where feasible)
- More image modalities and guided capture tips for better photos
- Optional collaboration with insurers for faster, evidence-based reviews (only with clinic consent)
What Yalha is not
Yalha is not a diagnostic device; it does not replace a dentist's exam. It does not auto-approve any treatment or guarantee reimbursement. It does not promise perfect detection. It is a support layer designed to improve consistency, transparency, and communication.
Getting started
Clinics can request beta access via Yalha.ai. We typically onboard a single pilot chair first, align on data handling and consent, then expand to more chairs and use-cases. Training is brief—most teams are productive within one or two sessions.
